The first day of the 2025 Cochrane Winter Rally kicked off on Mar. 8 with a park expose and two spectator stages in the late afternoon at the Cochrane Ag Society. Mar. 9 will host the official race day which will see drivers race from Highway 1A west from Cochrane to Highway 40, where they will follow Waiparous Valley Road.
This is event one of five for the Western Canadian Rally Championship. The event itself is based out of Cochrane, but is hosted by the Calgary Sports Car Club.
