Ocgrow Group breaks ground on Terez Project

Ocgrow Group, Cochrane's largest developer for the upcoming community of Greystone, hosted a ground breaking ceremony for the Terez Project on Feb. 7.

Ocgrow Group, the largest developer in Cochrane for the upcoming community of Greystone, broke ground on their Terez Project on Feb. 7.

The new development aims to bring 154 residential rental spaces to Cochrane. Founder and CEO of Ocgrow Group, Harish Consul, said the new project will being much needed residential spaces to Cochrane’s growing community.

“Ocgrow continues to move ahead at Greystone with multiple projects in every sector, ranging from our Vertos luxury condo project, our Greystone Place new retail [and] commercial complex already in construction and first new businesses opening this summer, and now with Terez started here for 2026 occupancy,” he said. “This clearly shows our confidence in the Cochrane market & we're excited about the continued growth ahead here over the long term."

Although he wasn’t in attendance at the ceremony, Mayor Jeff Genung shared his thoughts on the project.

“One of Council’s priorities was to create more housing opportunities in Cochrane’s core,” Genung said. “Ocgrow Group’s Terez project helps deliver on that priority by bringing a multifamily rental product to Cochrane.”
