Annual Cochrane Easter Egg Hunt an eggciting experience

About 200 kids with their families came out on Saturday, April 12 to the annual RockHaven Church Easter Egg Hunt at Heartland Park.

About 200 kids with their families came out on Saturday, April 12 to the annual RockHaven Church Easter Egg Hunt at Heartland Park. The park was divided up into different age group areas this year to ensure every kid had an equal shot at getting their share of chocolate eggs. The event also featured free hot chocolate and gift bags, which could substitute for egg carriers if needed, ensuring everyone had a good time.

RockHaven Church also used the opportunity, in the true Easter spirit, to share a gentle message about Christian love and fellowship, just before the fierce swarm of egg hunters cleared out the park in about five minutes flat.
