Christina “Tina” Kuchtyn
It is with heartfelt sadness that we announce the sudden passing of our beloved mother, grandmother (gran), great-grandmother (granny) and friend Christina “Tina” Kuchtyn of Cochrane, AB. She passed away peacefully on September 21, 2024 at the age of 86 with her family by her side. She was predeceased by her husband Bruno Kuchtyn, her parents Alphonsus and Annie Frerot, her brother Stanley Frerot and her sister Margaret Patterson.
Tina will be lovingly remembered and missed by her children Kevin (Diane) and Lana (Mike) Iwanski and grandchildren, Christina (Mike) Iwanski, Trina (David) Murray, Daniel (Jaime) Iwanski, Tracy and Brendan Kuchtyn, great-grandchildren Gia, Liam, Megan, Beau and Rylee. Tina will be forever in the memories of her nephews and nieces and long time friends who all have been a major part of her life.
A celebration of Tina’s life will be held at the Cochrane RancheHouse; (101 RancheHouse Road, Cochrane) on Thursday October 3, 2024 @11:30 A.M. Following the Celebration of Life there will be lunch and refreshments served at the Cochrane Royal Canadian Legion (114 Fifth Ave. Cochrane)
In Tina’s memory, donations can be made to the Children’s Hospital.
