It was reported that a motorcyclist was hit off of his bike in traffic on July 12, on River Heights Dr. in Cochrane.
This information is inaccurate. The actual hit and run incident occurred on July 9 as the motorcyclist was heading westbound on Hwy. 1A through Cochrane.
The incident on July 12 on River Heights Drive involved the same rider (pictured), and this was not a hit and run, but an incident where the rider wiped out on his own.
