The Calgary Regional Partnership (CRP) has come up with branding from a regional transit service plan that would help those living in the 14 municipalities around the city get from location to location.
The transit service would be called on-it, and will be the feature in the CRP’s upcoming general assembly in June.
Cochrane council members were shown an eight-minute video — produced and narrated by ZGM Collaborative Marketing — during their regular meeting on April 22 highlighting the branding.
During the branding process, members of all CRP municipalities — mayors, councillors and other community members — were asked to provide feedback into the process.
The regional transit service would target two specific markets: Generation X and Y. The endeavour is aimed at dealing with transportation of regional residents, with an expected population in the Calgary area of 3 million by the year 2076.
