Paul Blaha is not running for the People's Party of Canada (PPC) in the Airdrie-Cochrane riding.

The Cochrane Eagle published a list of 2025 Federal Election candidates this past week, but Blaha has confirmed he has no intention of running.

The PPC website listed Blaha as a candidate shortly before the election was called on Sunday, March 23rd. As of Thursday, March 27, Blaha is still listed as a federal candidate.

Blaha said he has reached out to the PPC and other election publications listing him as a candidate.

That means there is currently no PPC candidate in the Airdrie-Cochrane riding.

The party was formed by Maxime Bernier in September 2018 and has had candidates in the 2019 and 2021 elections.
