Update: An Amber Alert has been cancelled after two-year-old Hawkin Gerald Thomas has been found.
An Amber Alert was issued after two-year-old Hawkin Gerald THOMAS was abducted by his mother earlier this afternoon from the Inglewood area.
Hawkin Gerald THOMAS was abducted today, Thursday, Jan. 27, 2022, at approximately 2:30 p.m., following a supervised visitation with his mother, Tamara Jean VANDERJAGT, 40, which occurred in the 1900 block of 9 Avenue S.E.
Amber Alerts are issued to the public when a child or adult, with a proven mental or physical disability, is abducted and at risk of harm. Police must meet strict criteria when issuing an Amber Alert. More information can be found here.
