Any evacuated plan members that require an early prescription refill may consult a pharmacist who can contact Alberta Blue Cross to confirm identity.
Other service providers such as physiotherapy, dental offices, or chiropractors can call Alberta Blue Cross to confirm identity and benefits as well.
