The Cave, Sauna Day Spa & Bistro is open for business at 316 3 St. W in Cochrane!
The one-stop pampering destination has been open for three weeks and held an opening event with author Catherine Scheers on March 1.
Owner of the sauna, Adriana Fabianova, said she was in contact with Scheers previously and it was a happy coincidence that she recently co-authored a new book, Success University for Women. The two decided to join forces and hold a book signing at the sauna.
Fabianova said they already have lots of people signing up for memberships with the sauna. The bistro isn’t quite operational yet but will be opening soon.
“We really try to create a place where people can come to relax. It’s a nice connection of relaxation and health benefits of the sauna,” explained Fabianova.
