Keurig Doctor Pepper Canada opening Western Canada warehouse with 50 new jobs in Balzac

Keurig Dr Pepper Canada (KDP Canada) announced on July 22 that it has leased a national distribution centre in Balzac with 50 new permanent jobs according to the Calgary Herald.

At over 100,000 square feet, KDP Canada’s first Western Canada warehouse space is able to serve the Calgary region with 50 permanent job openings in logistics management, handling, and delivery services.

The national distribution centre is already established in Rocky View County’s 400,000 square foot XTL centre through a multi-million dollar deal over five years with the XTL Group reported by the Calgary Herald.

No financial terms of the agreement between KDP Canada and XTL Group were announced according to the Calgary Herald.

Rocky View County Reeve Crystal Kissel said the national distribution centre will bolster the region’s economy as reported by the Calgary media.

KDP Canada has over 1,500 employees across Canada and two joint headquarters in Mississauga and Montreal.
