I am responding with further reference to the [letter] on the Town’s stated misleading tax percentage increase, by K. Liebing on February 20, 2025.
I represent a group of shocked residents in a River Heights Town Home complex, that have found increases varying from 23 per cent to 24 per cent for 2025 from 2024. These percentages in dollar values range from $87,100. to $95,800 for individual units.
The Town’s stated increase of 10.59 per cent is far below what we are experiencing, and, as Liebing, we feel it is unreasonable, and unjustified.
