Carolyn Joy Baldwin, passed away surrounded by her family on April 6, 2024, leaving behind a legacy of warmth and kindness.
From a young age, Carolyn displayed a deep affection for nature, often accompanying her older brother on adventures into the bush to seek out animals and savor the wonders of the outdoors. Time spent with her sister was always full of fun and laughter. Her love for her family was profound, and with each loss of a loved one came increased sorrow as she deeply missed those who departed before her.
Described as sweet, fun-loving, and an animal enthusiast who always had a furry friend by her side, Carolyn's presence brought joy to all who knew her. Her hobbies included horse riding, relishing the open air, and cherishing moments with her siblings and loved ones.
Carolyn will be dearly missed by her surviving family members: her Father Don Baldwin, brother Dale Baldwin (Linda), sister Corrine Baldwin, as well as nephews Nathan Streicher, Dawson Streicher, Jaeden Baldwin, as well as extended family and friends. She is now reunited with her Mother Lorraine Baldwin Nee Scott who welcomed her with open arms in the afterlife.
A Memorial Service to honour Carolyn's life is scheduled to take place on June 15, 2024, at 2:00pm at St. Andrews United Church in Cochrane. Friends and well-wishers are invited to commemorate the life of this remarkable woman whose impact will forever be remembered.
In our hearts and memories, Carolyn Joy Baldwin will continue to shine bright as we reflect on the beautiful moments shared with a soul who brought love and compassion to all she encountered. May she rest in peace knowing she was deeply cherished by so many.
