A strategic partnership between the largest developer for Cochrane’s future Greystone community, Ocgrow Group, and the SLS Centre aims to bring new opportunities to town in the coming future.
With Greystone aimed at being a leader in connected live, work, play communities across Canada, Ocgrow Group’s upcoming phases include a wide range of multi-residential, mixed-use, commercial, and luxury retail development.
The new waterfront community aims to bring 150 new townhomes to the community through their Veritos project, alongside 300,000 square feet of commercial space with Greystone commercial, and plans to house new startups and businesses in the Ocgrow Professional Development Centre.
Groundbreaking on the Vertos project is expected to take place later this year, with a major aim of the Greystone community to bring new opportunities to Cochrane, while contributing to the growth and future of the town.
With the SLS Centre serving as the premier multi-use recreation centre, located at the heart of Cochrane, both groups will explore co-marketing opportunities they will be rolling out as development of the Greystone subdivision advances into the future.
Additionally, the new community located directly beside the SLS Centre plans to host several joint events are in Greystone, which will feature a new artificial lake.
CEO of Ocgrow Group Harish Consul said he looks forward to working with the team the SLS Centre to bring new initiatives to the community.
