Cochrane RCMP seek assistance in locating missing 66-year-old resident

Cochrane RCMP are asking the public for assistance in locating 66-year-old Cochrane resident Joann Ayotte.

Cochrane RCMP are asking the public for assistance in locating 66-year-old Cochrane resident Joann Ayotte.

Ayotte was last seen in Cochrane on Jan. 25, 2025, leaving her residence in her vehicle.

Cochrane RCMP are concerned for Ayotte’s safety. They are asking anyone with surveillance footage on her last known location to come forward, to better help determine her location.

Joann is described as:

  • Medium skin tone
  • Short, white hair
  • Blue eyes
  • Approximately 150 pounds
  • Approximately 5 foot 3 inches

The investigation is still ongoing. Ayotte’s vehicle is described as a white 2006 Subaru Forster, and her Alberta License plate is BTM7603.
