A man seen performing an indecent act at a local coffee shop earlier this year was arrested and taken into custody by Cochrane RCMP Feb. 14, after it was reported he visited the business again.
As a result of the investigation, a 48-year-old-man from Cochrane has been charged with three counts of indecent acts and three counts of mischief under $5,000.
Cochrane RCMP took the man into custody around 4:30 p.m. Monday at the coffee shop in the area of 1 Street and 2 Avenue and thank the public for their assistance leading to his arrest.
Following a judicial hearing, the man was released from custody. He is scheduled to appear in Cochrane Provincial Court March 8.
